Our mission is partnering with individuals to help them move Onward WITH their pain, depression, anxiety, trauma, conflict, past, etc. and not being stuck or weighed down by it. The ability to move Onward alongside one’s adversity is both powerful, hopeful, and promotes introspective growth. We engage in collaborative partnerships in hopes of digging inward and moving Onward with new insight, and owning emotions, experiences, and reaching self actualization.
We recognize that our clients have the tools they need within themselves to change, reach acceptance, or to take their first step forward. We collaborate with our clients to evoke these tools within and to help identify how they can use their strengths toward their own progress, rather than focus on pathology and shortcomings. We offer unconditional positive regard in a non-judgemental and supportive environment. Our Services
Sessions typically last 60 minutes varying in the amount needed to complete the EMDR process, with an average of 8-12 sessions.
EYE MOVEMENT DESENSITIZATION AND REPROCESSING (EMDR)
ART sessions are roughly 60 minutes in length. Can achieve benefits within 1-5 sessions.
ACCELERATED RESOLUTION THERAPY (ART)
Most couples/family therapy sessions are 60 minutes long. Couples/family therapy can also be split into individual sessions throughout the process and then come together again as a unit for sessions.

DIAGNOSTIC ASSESSMENTS
60 minute appointments (most commonly) that occur at a frequency that you and your provider agree upon.
Therapy sessions
We provide convenient HIPAA-compliant billing services to insurance companies, though clients reserve the right to personally file claims if they wish to do so. The following insurances are accepted by *select providers: Aetna, Allied, Surest, Blue Cross Blue Shield (all plans), Blue Plus, Cigna, HealthEZ, Health Partners, Optum, Mayo Employee Health Insurance, Medica, Medical Assistance (MA), Preferred One, South Country Health Alliance, UCARE , United Behavioral Health, and United Healthcare. Private pay is also available.
Applicable co pays are due at the time of service and may be paid by check, cash, credit or debit card.
Mediation services are not covered by insurance.
